If you read Monday’s post, you know that I’m currently on a little hiatus in Orlando, Florida! Make sure to come along with us & get in on the magic (cliche, haha, I know) of our Disney adventure here. I’ll be posting lots of stories and maybe even live streaming!
The holiday season isn’t over quite yet, but I’m already starting to look towards 2017 and my New Year’s goals. I feel like dieting and getting in shape is completely overdone. It’s just boring, you know? I’m all for getting healthy, but 80 percent of these NY’s resolutions are abandoned by just February.
Done. Over it. Bye.
Instead, I’m jumping on the mindfulness boat. We can all be a bit more conscious and aware, especially when it comes to our health. No fad diets or workout programs for this chica. My resolution is as simple as being aware of what I’m putting into my body and the energy that I’m exerting each day while also practicing conscious decision making. I’m notorious for making unhealthy snap decisions, just so that I can get that instant gratification. That’s what I’m trying to improve in the new year.
So, keeping with this mantra, I’ll be sharing more EASY clean recipes than ever before, starting with this skinny peppermint hot chocolate mix. Unlike store-bought beverages, this drink isn’t loaded with tons of sugar and suspect ingredients.
In fact, there’s only three.
It’s that easy.
AND, I actually got around to making a recipe video! I’ve been wanting to dabble in YouTube & vlogging for what seems like forever, so I’m going to make it more of a priority…starting now. Not even waiting until 2017, ’cause, #motivated.
