Long time no see, friends. I hate that I have been MIA lately, but life has kind of been too crazy to even think about getting back into a regular posting schedule. *insert crying emoji here* But, it’s in the works. I promise! So bear with me.
In other news, I’m headed to my first blogging conference tomorrow morning. I can’t wait to get back to NYC and do some more exploring, skinny betch-approved iced chai in hand. I’m also so excited that this time I don’t have to get all greased up just to walk the streets and shop around during downtime. NYC can be a b**** during the summer, but picture me and my powdered sunscreen passing by all the other oily mofos, worry-free. That’s TBC style for ya. I literally got these shorts for $10, and they might be my best fashion investment to date. I love the unique pleats + jungle/tropical pattern. It’s unexpected and fun, which is perfect, especially since the weather has been a little wacky here lately. It’s easy to just throw on some leggings and a t-shirt on a rainy day, but pairing these pleated shorts with my Hunter boots was a match made in heaven.
