Papayas & Bananas

I am LOVING this warm weather! Richard and I had a blast going down to Ontario Lake to shoot these photos, and I was so excited to wear this tropical Aerie top I bought last time I was home. Now I’m just waiting until it gets warm enough to start using the pool again, because laps. are. everything. Seriously, if you want a full body strength & cardio workout, just keep swimming *insert Dori meme here*. Despite the fact that my parents sell and install pools for a living, I’m a terrible swimmer. But does that stop me from getting a kick ass workout? Of course not.

Also, as the weather gets warmer, please remember to hydrate! I could do a full on, in depth blog post on why your body needs more than a glass of water a day, but this is especially important when the heat hits. Do yourself a favor and avoid nasty headaches and dizziness by investing in a cute reusable water bottle. Brownie Points: track your water intake and make sure you’re getting at least 64 oz. a day. This flushes out your system and promotes weight loss! Ok, I swear I’m done with the health rant now. But please, do me a solid and take care of yourselves ladies!

By the way, I’m SOOOO excited to share the latest project I’ve been working on: The Blonde Chiffon YouTube channel! Yup, I’m officially taking the plunge and delving into the vlogosphere.
