Thank you to Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion  for sponsoring today’s post. As always, all thoughts and opinions are entirely my own.

For the past few weeks, I’ve been following a brand new eating plan called Always Eat After 7 PM.

I’ve shared my thought process behind why I wanted to try this plan and also an in-depth interview with the author.

Now it is time to share how the plan has actually been working for me!

One of my biggest goals in starting the Always Eat After 7 PM plan was to create healthier eating habits.

I’ve really struggled with this during the past few years, and it’s something that I’ve been wanting to get back on track with.

Luckily, the Always Eat After 7 PM plan has tons of delicious recipes included in it (even for dessert!).

This has by far been my favorite part of the plan, because I get to enjoy my favorite foods while still eating healthy.

I don’t think I’d be able to stick with a plan that doesn’t include dessert, but recipes like the no-bake salted caramel bars completely satisfy that craving I always have for something sweet after dinner.

There are also recipes for cookies, pasta, and more in the Always Eat After 7 PM book, so you really won’t feel like you’re missing out — even though you’re technically on a diet!

Another thing I have been enjoying about the Always Eat After 7 PM plan is skipping breakfast.

That’s right, breakfast is totally not the most important meal of the day anymore.

I’ve never been a huge breakfast eater, so I’m loving replacing that meal with something much more enjoyable for me — a 3-Minute Fat Burning Morning Ritual.

According to the plan, “One of the simplest 3-Minute Fat-Burning Morning Rituals, lemon water is a glass of water mixed with the juice of one half of a lemon. This drink provides all the benefits of regular drinking water, which supports weight loss, digestive health, physical performance, and cognitive function.”

I love drinking lemon water in the morning, and I find it much more refreshing than forcing myself to have breakfast just because people claim that it is an essential meal of the day.

This is just another way that Always Eat After 7 PM debunks popular diet myths and offers an easy-to-follow diet that accelerates fat-burning.

We’ve been traditionally taught to avoid carbs, have an early dinner, and never eat before bed.

But after reading Always Eat After 7 PM, I now know that is not really case when you look at the scientific research.

I’m really looking forward to continuing on with the Always Eat After 7 PM plan and will share a final update next week!
