Ever since I graduated college three years ago, I’ve had a hard time keeping up with my health and fitness routine.

While it may seem counterintuitive since a lot of students gain weight while in college, I was actually pretty fit during those years.

Riding on my college equestrian team and working out with my college roommate every day helped to keep me motivated and active — even while managing a busy schedule.
