Skinny V-Day Popcorn

Think the V-Day ship has already sailed? For me, it hasn’t. I always find that the majority of my brilliant ideas come at the very last minute possible. I’ve planned many a last minute soirees, which (ironically) tend to be both the most exciting and impressive. Maybe it’s just dumb luck, but it’s more likely that adrenaline rush of attempting to pull what should have been planned weeks ahead of time off in a few meager hours. So, needless to say, this little concoction is a by-product of my spur-of-the-moment, one-track mind. Oh, and the lovely bonus here is that this recipe is low-cal, with only four ingredients. Cause who doesn’t love a five second guilt-free snack?

Here’s Whatcha Need: 

Air Popped Popcorn

Dark Chocolate Chips

Organic Dried Cranberries

Edible Pearls (found in baking section of your local supermarket)

Here’s Whatcha Do: 

1) Pop popcorn

2) Melt chocolate

3) Drizzle over popcorn

4) Add cranberries

5) Garnish with edible pearls
