No Bake Date Nut Bars

Looking for a naturally sweet, yet surprisingly low calorie dessert? These easy, no-bake date nut bars are all you'll ever need!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Once processed, press mixture into an 8-inch square pan.
  3. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in your refrigerator for up to five days.

Notes

If you prefer a little added sweetness, try adding a teaspoon of Stevia to the mixture before processing!
