Date Nut Bars
Looking for a naturally sweet, yet surprisingly low calorie dessert? These easy, no-bake date nut bars are all you'll ever need!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
- Once processed, press mixture into an 8-inch square pan.
- Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in your refrigerator for up to five days.
Notes
If you prefer a little added sweetness, try adding a teaspoon of Stevia to the mixture before processing!
