Thank you to adidas for sponsoring today’s post. As always, all thoughts and opinions are entirely my own!
It’s no secret that, for most of us, 2020 hasn’t gone exactly as planned. Whether it’s canceled travel plans or changes in employment, this year certainly has been one of many surprises.
And with so many things still up in the air, it’s almost hard to imagine life going back to normal anytime in the near future.
Though the disruption in everyday life can feel a bit discouraging at times, I’ve actually been using this time to rebalance and refocus on some of my goals.
At our house, we’ve been enjoying more time than ever outdoors, doing things like going for runs, swimming in the pool, and walking our dogs.
I’ve also been spending even more time riding my horse and just enjoying the warm weather while it’s here for the remainder of the summer.
Though I’m missing traveling and exploring like normal, I can’t complain about simplifying our routine and grounding ourselves a bit this summer.
Our dogs are definitely enjoying the extra time outside as well, if you couldn’t already tell from the pictures!
And of course with increasing the amount of time we’re spending outside, you know I’m wearing even more of my favorite adidas pieces.
I’m especially loving these comfy, light woven adidas pants for walking the dogs, along with my new moisture-absorbing adidas tank top.
adidas is always my go-to when it comes to comfy and breathable workout clothes, but I also love that these pieces transition well for running errands and doing other tasks throughout my day.
You can’t go wrong with comfort!
Now my goal is simply to keep up with these new routines and habits I’ve created for myself this summer.
Having more time on my hands has honestly been a breath of fresh air (literally!), and I definitely intend on keeping it that way even when our lives start to pick back up again.
Though I do love being on the go, there’s something special about spending more time in our own neighborhood, enjoying time with our pets and the outdoors.
