I never thought I’d say this, but over the past few months getting active has truly become a part of my daily routine.
While I’ve always enjoyed horseback riding and doing some other light activities like taking our dogs for walks, it’s just recently that I’ve started to get more serious about fitness.
It’s taken years to find something that truly works for me, but I finally found a great at-home workout program that keeps me motivated and holds me accountable. I also recently invested in a spin bike, which has been a complete game changer.
Not to be dramatic, but this is 100% the first time in my life I’ve actually enjoyed working on my fitness! Working out used to be something I dreaded if it didn’t include one of my hobbies like hiking or horseback riding, but now I’ve dabbled in a variety of different exercises that I’ve surprisingly been able to stick with. As I’ve become more interested in staying active, I’ve also been looking for even more ways to make my workouts more effective and enjoyable.
Simple things like investing in new workout clothing and gear has made a huge difference in my approach to fitness.
I’ve also started using Breathe Right® nasal strips during my at-home workout sessions as well, in order to open up my nose more and increase air flow for easier breathing while I’m working out. I never would have thought you could use Breathe Right strips for this until I first heard about it, but it makes total sense now that I’ve tried it.
I especially love using Breathe Right strips during my at-home yoga classes, as they really help me to feel connected to my breathing — something that’s incredibly important in yoga. I swear you can instantly tell your breathing has improved as soon as you put one of these strips on!
My husband and I have actually used Breathe Right nasal strips for years to assist in opening up our noses when we’re sick, but it’s pretty cool to see how their use extends into other parts of our lives as well. I also love how easy these strips are to apply prior to a workout, too. All you have to do is make sure you’ve washed and dried your face first, and then position the nasal strip along the width of your nose with the tabs on your nostrils.
It really is that easy! If you’d like to try Breathe Right nasal strips too, the best part is that they’re pretty much available at all your favorite retailers in the cough/cold section. Whether it’s the grocery store or drugstore, these nasal strips are easy to find and available at many different retailers.
