Though I have my fair share of this classic fall beverage each year, I can’t help but fixate on the fact that these lattes are so heavily loaded with sugar!
You can definitely get the calories down by micromanaging your barista, but I’ve been experimenting in the kitchen to craft my own delicious fall frapp.
Fall dessert recipes are some of my most loved, but this take inspired by the classic PSL just so happens to be one of my favorite healthy fall recipes as well.

2 cups Oikos cafe latte frozen yogurt
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons brown sugar
