How in the world is it December 22nd already?! I wish I could say I was more organized this holiday season, but with finals having ended just last week, you could say I'm a hot mess. BUT, if you frequent TBC often, you know how obsessed I am with last-minute, lazy girl tips & tricks (LIKE this last-minute, holiday decor roundup). That's where these three ingredient peanut butter cookies come in.
No joke. They're only three ingredients, and you probably already have all of them in your pantry (AKA sweatpants, hair tie, chillin' with no makeup on all day since you don't have to leave the house).
Here's how it goes:
♥ 1 egg
♥ 1 cup sugar
♥ 1 cup peanut butter
Put these three babies in a bowl, mix, and pop 'em in the oven for about 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Just make sure you check on them periodically, because the cook time can vary depending on the size of the cookies!
Now I'm off to listen to the Ultimate Holiday Playlist while I get my life in order. Talk soon!
I won't lie, I've been on a bit of a sugary/greasy food bender for the past few (!) weeks.
[Hence why I told ya'll about my plans to join a gym stat, here.]
Since finals week, my girlfriends and I have been livin' it up on Wendy's frostys & fries, cheese balls, coconut cake, + basically any other nasty-ass food you can think of.
It's gross. I KNOW.
I never put on the freshman fifteen, so maybe it'll just be the senior 15 instead, all compounded in the two weeks prior to graduation, haha! #cantescapeit
